With decades of endurance training and racing experience, Scott has faced all the highs and lows as well as the successes and failures that come with training and racing.
With over 25 years of being a physical therapist, Laura has had hands-on experience with almost every type of injury and surgical procedure you can think of.

Total Running & Athletic Conditioning offers several different training plans with unparalleled communication. All of our Training Plans are pre-written basic plans to start. We do this to have a plan suited for all running abilities and have the ability to easily customize it specifically to you. Each plan comes with a Zoom/Skype/FaceTime consultation (up to 30 min). Most programs allow for changes to your training plan as needed. All plans are custom designed specifically for you and your individual goals. Training plans are designed to be virtual so we can assist athletes in reaching their fitness goals anywhere (United States, Canada, Mexico), anytime. At Total Running & Athletic Conditioning, we are big believers in the benefits of strength training and cross-training to create healthy, well-rounded athletes.
Scott Millman and Laura Jerore both have a passion for health, fitness, and sports. They are both actively involved in helping others achieve their goals. Laura has been a roadrunner and was recently introduced to trail running which is Scotts love and passion. Both have completed numerous races and distances on and off the road.
Both Laura and Scott are CPR/AED Certified. Their collective racing resume includes everything from 5k's to 100k, ultra-marathons, adventure races, OCR racing (Spartan Races), mountain biking, and more.
Scott Millman is not only a businessman/entrepreneur, he is an avid ultra-marathoner and has completed numerous distances from 50k to 100k with his eye on completing 100 miles in 2021/2022. He is also an Orange Mud and Dirt Unit Ambassador, Dallas Dirt Runners Administrator, an RRCA Certified Running Coach and a Master Golf Teaching Professional USGTF.
Laura Jerore graduated from Grand Valley State University in 1996 with a Bachelor's Degree in Health Science and a Master's Degree in Physical Therapy. She has mainly worked in an orthopedics outpatient setting and has experience in women's health and home health care.
Outside of work as a Physical Therapist, Laura enjoys many outdoor activities and spending quality time with her family.
