We strive to push you to be the best athlete you can be both mentally and physically. Remember, we've been there and done that too. Every athlete is on their own personal journey and timeline for reaching their goals.
I'm not an Olympic athlete, a decorated runner, or an age group champion. I have however won my fair share of awards over the years. I am an average guy who discovered that running is more than, well, just running. I have built lifelong friendships, memories, and certainly reaped the health benefits, both physically and mentally.

Personalized running coach plan with updates to the plan along the way if needed. There will be an initial consultation to evaluate your current fitness level via Zoom, Skype, or FaceTime. You will have direct contact with Coach Scott via text/email/call. Training emails will be sent out on a weekly basis and you will be invited to join T.R.A.C's private Facebook page where you can connect with other athletes. Payment is collected in full for the duration of plan length.

There will be an initial consultation to evaluate your current fitness level via Zoom, Skype, or FaceTime. The custom running coach plan will vary between 8 - 16 weeks. This can depend on the race distance, current fitness level, and personal goals. You will have direct contact with Coach Scott via text/email/call. This is a static plan where you receive the full training guide all at once without the benefit of receiving feedback, coaching, tips, or changes to the plan (if needed) along the way. There will be an initial consultation via Zoom, Skype, or FaceTime to evaluate your current fitness level and determine appropriate goals.
