Weekly Coaching Plan

Personalized running coach plan for anyone interested in completing a race from a 5k to a half marathon. There will be an initial consultation to evaluate your current fitness level via Zoom, Skype, or FaceTime. The custom running coach plan will vary between 8 - 16 weeks. This can depend on the race distance, current fitness level, and personal goals. You will have direct contact with Coach Scott via text/email/call. Training emails will be sent out weekly and you will be invited to join T.R.A.C's private Facebook page where you can connect with other athletes. Payment is collected in full for the duration of plan length.

Monthly Coaching Plan

Personalized running coach plan with updates to the plan along the way if needed. There will be an initial consultation to evaluate your current fitness level via Zoom, Skype, or FaceTime. You will have direct contact with Coach Scott via text/email/call. Training emails will be sent out on a weekly basis and you will be invited to join T.R.A.C's private Facebook page where you can connect with other athletes. Payment is collected in full for the duration of plan length.

Unsupported Coaching Plan

This is a personalized marathon/ultramarathon coaching plan tailored to your lifestyle and fitness level. This is a static plan where you receive the full training guide all at once without the benefit of receiving feedback, coaching, tips, or changes to the plan (if needed) along the way. There will be an initial consultation via Zoom, Skype, or FaceTime to evaluate your current fitness level and determine appropriate goals.

  • Nutritional and hydration guidance

  • Injury prevention tips

  • Clothing/shoe suggestions

  • Race schedule setup. 5k - 10k, half marathon, and full marathon (built into your running coach plan)

Supported Coaching Plan

This is a dynamic/personalized marathon/ultramarathon coaching plan tailored to your goals, lifestyle, and fitness level. Scheduling is flexible and the plan can be adjusted due to weather fluctuations, scheduling issues, a missed workout, etc. Coach Scott will work with you to make sure you stay on track with your training. There will be an initial consultation to evaluate your current fitness level and determine appropriate goals.

For inquiries about group sessions please include the total number of individuals in your group, if this will be for soccer, running, or golf, and if this is a one-time, weekly, or monthly occurrence.

For inquiries about race crew please include information about the race you are attending, when & where, and any other information you would like to include.
